# Able Pro Material UI React Dashboard v11.0.0 is Now Live

We have released Able Pro Material UI React Dashboard Template v11.0.0. It mainly focused on cleanup, performance, and future readiness. We added CSS Variables for better theming, cleaned up deprecated MUI component props, & code optimization, and Replacement of Map libraries. We’ve also introduced new SaaS and presentation pages.

## Why this update was needed?

Over time, we observed a few issues coming up repeatedly from developers like UI flickering during renders, inconsistent layout spacing, deprecated Grid props, and he configuration system starting to feel a bit messy. At the same time, the React and Next.js upgrade rapidly, bringing new performance expectations and security standards.

**The update addresses these challenges by:**

- Acting on developer feedback

- Framework-level changes in MUI CSS Variable, React, Next.js and Map Lib

- The need for improved theming, performance, and security

## What’s Improved in the Latest Version?

### Core Improvements:

- We added CSS Variables to improve theming and fix dark mode SSR flickering.

- Config Context was improved for faster customization switching and better state management.

- ApexCharts was enhanced to fix chart inconsistencies and added useColorScheme hooks for CSS variable color changes.

- MUI was updated by removing deprecated Grid props, fixing Stack spacing, and correcting (https://mui.com/material-ui/customization/overriding-component-structure/#the-slotprops-prop) usage.

- Performance on the landing page was boosted with cleaner architecture, smarter rendering, code-splitting, and lazy loading.

### UI & New Pages

- A new Changelog page was added to give a quick preview of theming updates.

- The FAQs page was introduced based on real user demand to reduce basic support questions and clearly explain product details and licensing.

- A Join Waitlist page was added as a maintenance page to keep users informed about upcoming updates.

- A Component Presentation page was added to improve the UI, showcasing overrides and advanced building blocks built so far, based on Material UI components.

- An Info color variant was added to cover missing utility colors on the color page.

### Security Updates

The project has now been upgraded to (https://react.dev/blog/2025/10/01/react-19-2) and (https://nextjs.org/blog/next-16-1), with reported security vulnerabilities resolved (December 11, 2025).
